The account portal has a new feature - a SMS notification system! All customers can receive important account related notifications by both email and text message. This feature is enabled for all new customer sign-ups and orders for human verification to help prevent fraud.
Customers can customize the SMS notifications they want (or don't want) to receive in the client portals "SMS Center". There is no cost to use this feature, but standard messaging rates apply with your carrier.
This feature is not retroactive so existing customers must manually enter a SMS phone number on their profile that they wish to receive notifications on.
