Effective today we have made a few changes to our toll-free phone line 1-855-375-8324.

This number is now used for emergency support only for our enterprise and priority support customers who have an existing support agreement in place. Those customers have been provided a support code in which they can enter to be transferred appropriately.

All non-emergency requests, including sales and other support issues, must be submitted via ticket or by email at servicedesk@zap5.net

This is to ensure we can properly serve all of our customers in a efficent and timley manner. We thank you for your understanding.
