Echo server outage - Resolved
We are currently investigating an outage with the "ECHO" server. Customers on this server will notice their websites are offline. We are working to resolve the issue.

Name server 3 (NS3) being retired soon
The NS3.SNOX.CA nameserver will be retired in the near future. We will be making improvements to the DNS cluster and the 3rd server will no longer be necessary.
We recommend updating your domain's nameservers to remove NS3.SNOX.CA from the list of nameservers when you get the chance. No harm will come from not updating right ...

This is a quick announcement for our shared hosting, business hosting and reseller customers.
