You can purchase a Softaculous license from within your billing area under My Services>(Select Service)>Upgrade/Downgrade Options.  Licensing is instant.

The following commands can be used to install Softaculous on a VPS with cPanel:

wget -N http://files.softaculous.com/install.sh
chmod 755 install.sh
./install.sh

Now go to : WHM > Plugins (Add-Ons on older versions than 11) > Softaculous - Instant Installs
