Sheernox Technology Group is migrating shared hosting accounts from the Vortex server (cPanel) to our new Nexus server, featuring the Enhance control panel. This is part of our strategy to modernize our platforms and maintain competitive pricing.
Migration Window: May 8-12, 2025
Expected Downtime: Approximately 1-2 hours during your specific migration window. This includes the cutover and DNS propagation.
Key Changes & Information:
- New Platform: We are transitioning from cPanel to Enhance, a more modern control panel.
- Login Details: You will receive new control panel login information via a support ticket and email once your account is migrated.
- Private/Cloud DNS Users: If you use external DNS services, you must manually update your website's A records to the new server IP address. This IP will be provided in your migration notification email. The recommendation is to always use our nameservers.
- Service Improvement: This upgrade will enhance our service offerings, improve your experience, and allow us to keep pricing competitive.
