Please follow these procedures: 
- Log into your Windows VPS , using Remote Desktop 
- Go to "Start" > Right click on "My Computer" 
- Select "Manage" > Choose "Local Users & Groups" 
- Go to users > find administrator on the right hand pane > right click on it and choose "Set new password"
